In 2016, he assumed the position of Executive Chef at Hop Lab, where he remained until 2021, being responsible for the overall management of the restaurant, team restructuring and operational development.

In 2021, he joined Binatone, where he worked until 2024 as After-Sales Supervisor, managing support teams and operating robust management systems such as SAP, ERP and CRM platforms, including NetSuite, Jira, Shopify and FreshDesk.
